Hi all
I have the following data in a query that I would like to chart:
Dealer, CostperVin, ClaimsperVin, etc
1234, 141.07, 82.10, etc
National, 100, 100, ...
The National is always 100.
I want to see a bar graph of the Dealers stats (costperveh etc) with the
National as either a trend line at 100 or as the first part of the bar - with
the 2nd part of the bar being a different colour so you can see how much over
100 the dealer is for each stat. I have been playing with this for hours now
and not achieving what I want :-(.
Is it best to do this with a chart or a pivot chart? Bearing in mind it
needs to appear as part of a report and must be produced by Access (not Excel
etc). Unfortunately this is a new area to me and doesn't seem particular user
friendly...
I keep getting the first column (costpervin) being used as the legend and
dropped from the chart. I've added the dealer column to the chart now to try
and prevent this but I am still struggling to get the layout I want.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Thanks in advance for any help.
Sue
