I run Microsoft Outlook 2000 SR-1. When I address an email
with a person's first name, if there is more than one
person with that name in my address book Outlook used to
give me a list of suggested names to choose from under
the "Check Names" menu. I recently returned from vacation
and found that it no longer does that. I requires that I
click on the "Show More Names" button to see suggested
names. Is there an easy way to direct Outlook to give me
suggested names as it used to before I went on vacation?
Thank you for your help!
