Is there a way to determine if CheckSpelling or CheckGrammar actually made
any changes to the document concerned?

These features don't make changes, they suggest them!

That's a smart answer. Let me re-phrase the question then: Is there a way to
determine if the user elected to make any changes to the document during a
call to CheckSpelling or CheckGrammar?

Hi Andrew,
Let me re-phrase the question then: Is there a way to

call to CheckSpelling or CheckGrammar?
I believe, if you activate TrackChanges, you'd pick up changes made during
the spelling and grammar check.
