Choosing a Profile

I have created 3 different profiles within WinXP Control
Panel for 3 e-mail addresses I check regularily using
Microsoft Outlook. So, when I start Outlook, I get a pop-
up "Choose Profile" window asking me which profile (e-
mail account) I want to check. My question is...once in
Outlook, is there a way to change to another profile
without having to completely exit Outlook and restart it
(selecting a different profile the next time around)?
