Circular Dependencies - how to make?

I have read on several post that circular dependecies can be created by
linking summary tasks. Out of curiosity I tried to create such a problem. I
could not. Project always gave me an error and would not let me create the
relationship.

Can anyone give me a specific example of a circular relationship that
Project will let me create?

I am using Project 2003 Pro without a server.

Hi,

Link 2 summary tasks, say 1 and 6
Link tasks witin the summary tasks to each other f.i. 2-3-4-5 and 7-8-9-10
Now drag (to move) task 4 and move it to after task 6.
That's all.
