Classified messages

Do any of you know of a product that snaps into Exchange\Outlook that
will force a user to select a security level for a document? I am
looking for something that will force users, prior to sending, to
label the e-mail with a classification (Unclasified, classified, etc.)
Any help would be appreciated.
