I installed the add-in from Vanage called "Click-2-Call" on Outlook 2002. It
works great except that I keep getting the error message "Microsoft Outlook
has encounted a problem and need to close. We are sorry etc, etc. How can I
correct this problem?

Ask the makers of the add-in what they are doing to crash Outlook.
We would have no way of knowing that.
