How do I set up a PP slide so that all text is hidden until I click on the
slide. Then one (the next) line will appare each time I click.

You need to set up the text boxes to animate using Custom Animation. First
thing is to select the text box (you can click inside a textbox then press
the ESC key), click "Slide Show", "Custom Animation", set the animation that
you want. If you have a bulleted textbox, you will need to set it up so it
doesn't animate all at once, but by "1st Level Paragraphs".
