How can i do this?

Insert a macrobutton field: Insert > field > macrobutton
Select the macro you want to run from the drop down list and enter a prompt
eg "Prompt"
In the document, insert the image right click and set its layout property to
'in line with text' if it is not already in line.
Press Alt +F9.
You will see
{Macrobutton Macroname Prompt}
Delete 'Prompt'
Drag the image and drop it where Prompt used to be
Press alt+f9
Double click the image to run the macro.
