clip art files give missing temp. internet filess error

Since new, my small business 2003 has not been able to display clipart. I am
unable to access the files. I receive the following error message. "Word
cannot obtain the data"
I have uninstalled and reinstalled whole office program to no avail. This
has happened since product was new. Can u help?
