Clip Art Not Working

An associate and I are experiencing a problem with inserting clip art into
documents. She is using Word, I am using Publisher, but we are both
receiving the following error:

Clip Gallery could not complete the operation. An unspecified error has
occurred. Error Code 0x80004005.

I followed the fix instructions in Publisher and it didn't work. I looked
up the error code and fix on Microsoft and that didn't work.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

Is this happening on the same computer or different computers?
