clip art wont load

When I go to insert clip art, I get to the clip art
screen when it says "loading Please wait", it then
freezes, with an error signature oF "ARTGALRY.EXE"
AppVer:5.5.1.522. modName: hungapp.
How do I correct this problem.

Can you open the Clip Gallery at all? If you can, right-click any image in the
catalog, click recover. This will compact your gallery.
