Clip Organizer

When I try to access the Clip Organizer in Word 2002, I
get the error message: Clip Organizer cannot complete the
operation. Interface not registered. Error code:
0X80040155.

I have tried running a repair on Office XP Standard,
uninstalling and reinstalling Office XP Standard,
reinstalling mdac.inf (Article 328166), and installing
mdac version 2.5 or later (Article 302375). None of these
attempts have resolved the problem.
