Clipboard in Office 2000

Our IT dept. installed an upgrade to
Office 2000 and now there is this
Clipboard toolbar showing up
in Excel and Access.
It is utterly worthless.
I don't care if there are twelve
items in memory, I have another
124 to go!
Is there any way to disable it?

I was hoping there was a way to disable the clipboard toolbar
without editing the Registry, but looks like I'll have to.
