Clipboard text-default to unformat

I put a lot of text from various documents into the clipboard and I'd always
like it to be unformatted. Can I set a default to have the clipboard always
use the unformatted feature?

No, you can't change the default paste method. But you can record a macro
that automatically clicks on "Edit | Paste Special | Paste: As: Unformatted
text | OK", and assign the macro to a keyboard shortcut or a toolbar button.
