Collaborating not using project server

I am activley steering my I.S. department down the project methodolgy road. I
am using Project 2003 Pro and collaborating via e-mail using an old Mail
Group tool that was in place with Project 200. Although this 'works' it is
not ideal. Are there any plans, or does anyone know, of a better method for
collaborating projects for users of less than 100 (to small for project
server)?
