Color flags for Outlook tasks

Hi there,

I use Outlook 2003. I was wondering whether there is something like
color flags to mark the tasks in my task list. For the moment I use
the field "priority". I has 3 states (high, no prio, low) but I am
looking for a field with more states.

You can either use the built-in Flag for Follow Up feature, or you can
create a custom field and use whatever convention you want for it -- text,
numbers, etc.

Thank you very much! This is exactly what I needed.

At first I had trouble inserting this flag because I was looking at
the wrong place for this field. Now I found it.
