Color Problem

Both at work and at home, when printing, I am getting a green-scale color
rather than what I've created. I checked the "Color Scheme" and it is set
correctly. Can someone please tell me the problem? Thank you!

I'm not sure what you mean by green-scale. Do you mean a green version of
greyscale?
