Colour coding for Entourage Projects has disappeared - Help!

T

Teirirmana

I find Entourage Projects as a wonderful way to organise my work BUT for no
apparent reason the colour coding has disappeared. I spent most of a day
being shunted between Microsoft Tech phone support (for a fee) and Mac phone
support (free). Each time I called the techos took me through another step,
then said that - In the case of Microsoft - there was no problem with
Entourage - the problem was with the Mac --In the case of Mac - there was no
problem with the Mac OS or the hardware - the problem was with Entourage
which was "third party" software, and therefore not their problem. I reckon
that it should be up to Micrposoft to solve my problem. Microsoft tried
changing identities then eventually re installing Office 2004 for Mac. Mac
took me through various quite lengthy software and hardware tests and said
that everying was fine.

I find Mac's attitude more reaonable than Microsoft's. I think that
Microsoft should accept responsibility for solving my problem as it is with
their product but they said that they have tried everything and therefore I
have to take it up with Mac - but Mac say that they have checked everything.
I love the Entourage Project management system, but the colour coding is an
essential part of it. Does anyone have any suggestions?
