Colours or Theme changed in Office 2003

I can't seem to figure out why but the colours of my office 2003 install have
changed to be very plain and very close to office XP or even 2000. I have
checked and it is still 2003 and no other IT people say anything was done. I
have tried uninstalling and reinstalling many times and no luck. I was
hooked on 2003's visual style and now it is gone

Hi Kyle,

Right click on your Windows desktop and check the
appearance settings. You may have switched to
a classic style, or you may have activated some
of the features in the Accessibility applet in the
Windows Control Panel. Office basically has little
color/theme control of its own.

Thanks, I had already looked into that and it didn't help. I changed to
classic and back to XP style and no go either.
