Columns in a project

There are so many possible columns to add to a project, is there
documentation as to what each column means and what it is used for. I see
some share some similarity in names and would like to see a listing of all
and there description.

Please let me know ASAP.

Fields you can get a list of the vaious types of fields
and detailed information about them.
