I am using the resume wizard. Text entered in columns
will not aligh when printed out. For example:

College 1992 Biology
University 1994 PhD
College 1996 Masters

The first column will aligh but the other 2 won't. Any
suggestions?

Michelle,

are you using spaces to position your text? Click the
paragraph button on your toolbar or....

Tools | Options | View: and mark the spaces and tabs boxes.

It is very important to always use tabs when positioning
text on a page.

Or, you may have altered the style for one line, and
automatically updated the style.

Go to...

Format | Style | Modify: and clear the automatically
update box.

The résumé templates use tables. You need to display the table gridlines
(Table | Show Gridlines) so you can see what is going on. If you're trying
to align text within cells, then you do need to set tab stops (and use
Ctrl+Tab to insert a tab character) unless you split the cell into several
columns.
