combine contact files in outlook

How do I combine two contact files in Outlook (one Plaxo, one not...)?

I had Outlook with Plaxo running on one machine, synching nicely with a
pocket pc. Next, I synced my pocket pc with my new laptop running Outlook
2003, then downloaded Plaxo. Now, I've got multiple contact sets and each has
some "latest" infomation. I want to merge them. Can you please help me?
