We're going around in circles, here. I suggest that the
first thing you need to do is go to an ACCESS newsgroup
(perhaps better one in your native language, so that
everything is most clear) and have them explain to you how
to *get rid of the dropdowns* in your tables and queries.
Then how to build a query to show exactly the information
you need, using the exact fields that contain the
information. Word must have this - it canNOT work with the
Access dropdowns.
And be sure to mention the version of Access you have when
you ask for help in an Access newsgroup.
I still have the same problem though even with a query.
This is what I have: Atable that is made up of a dropdown
box, this table shpould allowme to select an item in it
which will then be used by another table to calculate a
value. If I am in access this works very well and I get
correct values. Now I move to word and the dropdown menu
is empty and there are no selections. I can not figure
this out.
