command button between forms with one to one relationship

I have set a one to one relationship between two tables, I
have created the realtion and established referential
integrity. I am trying to put a command button from the
first form to the second form going to a specific record.
Once created, when I click on the command button to launch
the second form I get the following error message -
"syntax error (missing operator) in query
expression '[AgencyID]=.'"
Please help
