I emailed a .doc and when i got it back there were two
diff color comments red and blue make by two diff.
people. I then added a comment that added a therd color
and emailed the .doc to another person. WHO can we tell
how made witch color comment? Is there info att. to each
comment as for as USER INFO?

If you hover your mouse over the change, the user information set in Word
will appear. That information is contained in "Tools", "Options", "User
Information". If nothing is showing up, the info is empty in the associated
text box at the location just mentioned.
