Company Wide Diary

Can someone give me some guidance!

We are a smallish office with approx 10 users
We all have Office 2003 Pro installed on our machines

We would like a company wide diary setup where we could all
add/modify/cancel appointments and entries is this possible ?


We also have access to Exchange 2003 if we need to install it

Install Exchange and use the public folders for your users.
