Comparing Multiple Columns and Rows

How do you use the exact function to compare multiple columns and row
simultaneously ? For instance if I have an area of a worksheet of som
size (lets say size_A x size_B), what would I need to do to compare thi
to another area of the same worksheet (also size_A x size_B) ..

You could set up a 3rd area, each cell of which does the comparison and
returns true or false, i.e. =(A1=K23), and fill right and down to the correct
size.

Or you could use conditional formatting, with a comparison like the above to,
say, display the differences with a different colored background.
