I have a form I created in Infopath 2003. All of my users are on 2003 except
for one that just upgraded to 2007 and he is now experiencing an error when
trying to open the form.
First he gets a message box: This form was created with a ne version of the
form template. InfoPath cannot find the new version. Do you want to open with
the older version? So he says "yes" and he gets this error: Element
'{http://schemas.microsoft.com/office/infopath/2003/myXSD/2006-11-03T15:17:20}Initiative'
is unexpected according to content model of parent element
'{http://schemas.microsoft.com/office/infopath/2003/myXSD/2006-11-03T15:17:20}myFields'.
This error is cryptic and makes no sense to me. Does anyone know how to fix
this? I have several forms I created and I hate to think what is going to
happen to all these form libraries if no one can access them once they
upgrade to Office 2007. According to the Infopath MS Blog it should work. I
could not find anywhere on the blog to post a message about this.
