Complete Uninstall of Office 2000

I'm running Office 2000 on a Windows 2000 platform. At
least the Word installation has become corrupted, because
macros that have worked for years now will not run at
all. I've tried the repair function of Office setup,
without success. I've also tried uninstalling the program
from the setup CD, including running Eraser2k afterwards,
but there still must be traces of Office somewhere because
when I reinstall Office my old preferences (including file
locations and the like) are still there. So is the macro
problem.
I'm pretty sure it's not the template itself, because
I use the same template on another computer, where it
works just fine. I've even copied it from the other
computer, installed it on this one, and encountered the
same problem.
I need a way to uninstall Office completely, so the
computer has no "memory" of ever having had it, and I can
do a completely fresh install. Is there a systematic way
I can accomplish that short of picking through the
Registry by hand? If I need to go into the Registry, is
there somewhere a list of keys and values that I need to
delete?
Thanks in advance.
