completed date

I need to put completed date on emails that I have flagged to follow
up, then I need to filter my emails based on this completed date. I
know that when I flag an email as completed, Outlook automatically
inserts completed date, but this one cannot be filtered. Is there a
way to do it?

No, there's no way to do that out of the box. Outlook doesn't expose that information in a visible property.
