Completely remove track changes history from a document

Apparently there is the ability in Word to completely
remove the track changes history from a document. Would
like to use this function on a document that was received
from a third party which came with the function.

If you click on accept all changes it will get rid of all the comments and the red marks where things have been changed. I'm not sure if it gets rid of the history that a document has been changed, but it does tidy things up.
