Complicated mail merge request

I have a web page on my web server that is attached to a SQL table. What I
want to be able to do is to have Word documents available for download to a
customers computer and then the customer to be able to print the letters
from his local printer, but pulling from the SQL tables on my web server.

Any ideas?????
