compress timescale

How do I compress the timescale for a specific segment of my project? I am
limited to a one page Gantt chart for a report. There is a 9 month break in
my schedule between the last 2 phases of the project, is it possible to
compress just this segment of time?
Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Kim,

Format, Timescale allows to compres sthe timescale.
This setting, however, is constant through time so you can't selectively
compress, sorry.

Hi Kim,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup

I don't think this is possible. You could try printing the 2 halves and
then physically cut and stick them together and then photocopy. Not and
elegant solution Or creat gif pictures of each half and joint them with
a photo imaging program.
