Concatenated Filed in a mail merge

[Newco2006]

I have just set up a query in my database that returns a concatenated field
from another table using the fConcatChild function (from the webpage
http://www.mvps.org/access/ ). However, I now want to put this into a mail
merge, but when mail merging the results from this query the information is
shown on one line seperated by a semi-colon (e.g dept1; dept2; dept3; etc).
Instead I would like each dept shown on a different line, e.g
Dept1
Dept2
Dept3
etc
Is there any way of doing this?

Try modifying this line of code:

From
varConcat = varConcat & rs(strFldConcat) & ";"

To
varConcat = varConcat & rs(strFldConcat) & ";" & vbCrLf


I have not tested it myself, but I think it should work for you.
