Is there any shortcut to building a picture with concentric circles?

Thanks!

Without more details, I would just select the elipse tool, hold down Ctrl +
Shift and drag a circle. Give it no fill if you like or fill it with a color of
your choice. While still selected, hold down Ctrl + Shift and drag to duplicate
it twice. Size them to taste. Press Ctrl + A to select all three. Go to Draw
Align > Center, then go to Draw > Align > Middle. Now you can group them and
move the group to wherever you like.

Hi Jeff,

Sure, its actually easier than you would think.

1. Draw all your circles, where ever and what ever size you would like.
2. Use the centering tools: Select al the circles then click on, Draw
=>Align and Distribute => Center Horizontally and repeat the sequence for
vertically
