Conditional Format Formula

I want to create a conditional format to change a cell
font and fill color when that cell's value, plus the sum
of 2 other cells, is evenly divisible by 10. Can anyone
assist me with the correct formula? Thanks.

Use e.g. =MOD(SUM(A1:C1),10)=0

=ROUND(A1/TIME(0,1,0),0)*TIME(0,1,0)

and format as [m] or multiply the result by 1440
