If you could please easy code...
this example in data sheet form sorted by ID I want to put expression in department field for every group of number related to each other give it new back color... you see in this example 3 field take blue color and 3 field take red color.. and if this group of number consist from ONE ROW live it without any color default is White.

7 1 now color because one field
