configuring left & right mouse clicks to move back & forth in pres

during my presentaions im wanting to use only the mouse to move through my
slides, and clicking the left button to go forward is all good but how can u
use the mouse to go back to a previous slide without getting menus popping up
on the screen? is there a way to navigate totally just by using the left and
right mouse buttons?

1. Launch PowerPoint
2. Click on Tools | Options | General Tab
3. Un-select 'Popup menu on right click' option
4. Click on OK

Now run the slide show. Upon right-click it will take you to the previous
slide/build.
