Configuring outlook accounts. What must I put in window 'Microsof.

I was using theMicrosoft on-line tuition, when I clicked 'start practice' Two
windows appeared. The first said something about configuring accounts, this
was just a notice (nothing to click on etc). The other was headed Microsoft
Exchange Server' and contained two empty dialog boxes. first was headed as
title. The second, was mailbox? Also there was a button to check names, then
it said once names are underlined, I could proceed.But it did not say WHAT I
MUST PUT IN THE BOXES. Does anyone know?

If you are a home user you are v.unlikely to use Exchange, you use pop3 mail
accounts
The version of OL might help further
