Configuring Outlook's interface?

Is it possible to reconfigure Outlook's interface so that it's more like
Outlook Express? Also does Outlook have a Usenet reader builtin?

Well, a few things. The "XP" look's annoying, plus I don't like how it
seperate all of my messages into seperate date groups - ie. Today's messages
in one group, Yesterday's in another, Last Weeks in one and so forth.

I'll play around with it - I'll probably figure something out. Thanks.

Change the View to not show groups. For Outlook 2003, it's View>Arrange By
and uncheck "Show by Groups".
