Confirmation Form

I am building a website that I would like for a customer
to be able to pick out an item, order quantity, then
customize. I would then like the confirmation page at the
end. In Frontpage 2000, when using a form, the
confirmation page appears after each form, then goes no
further. How can I ask for input from the customer, store
the input in a private file, then pull it all together at
the end?

ASP/VBScript/JavaScript programming skills come to mind.
You're not using a shopping cart of some kind?

.
Working on it. I'm fairly new to this. Will a shopping
cart be able to handle all of that?

You can 'top post' if you want. Only the anal retentives really care
about the arcane 'rule' that discouraged the practice and few pay
any attention to them anymore. ;-)

So, yes, shopping cart products have many features and can allow
you to operate your store the way you asked about. Some 'carts' of
course are not as full featured as others and then there's some carts
with many features but the features work poorly or not at all.

Follow my referral shown below and review the StoreFront product
for example. There's a lot of issues involved and a lot to be learned.
