Conflict between outlook2002 SP3 and Norton Internet security 2004

Since I upgraded my norton Internet security to 2004 I have a constatn conflict with outlook 2002 SP3, the cuases the last a runtime error every 1st time of loading it after the computer is started

Do someone have a clue for a solution??
