can someone help me ....I'm using powerpoint to implement a powerpoint slide
onto the same page as of the video clips. please refer to
http://www.videoanalysis.org/Microsoft_ACMMM99_tr-99-22.doc for image(bottom
right) on page 3*. However, i cannot find the link to download it and the
tutorials.

You will have to be VERY lucky to find a specialist on these matters in a
Newsgroup dedicated to Microsoft Project.
Why not post in the Power Point newsgroup??
