connecting to ISP

what problems are you having? MSN doesn't support SMTP and pop if you have a
new account or ever used web access.

I can't connect to MS outlook 2000, it's rejecting my
password and username. It worked fine yesterday. Another
person told me its the ISP and to contact them...I don't
know how to do that. any suggesstions?

It is NOT Outlook that you cannot connect to. Outlook is on YOUR machine and
you do NOT "connect" to it, you open it.

You need to check your MSN settings. Go to their web psite and go to Help.
