connecting to server when offline

when offline, how do i connect to MSP server 2003

Hello DS,
While you are offline, close Project pro.
Than open Project Pro and connect to Project Server as usual.
If you saved any projects offline, you can see them by File / Open : they
are marked with a label like Offline.
File / Save Online
