A user in my organisation is using Outlook 2000. She acquired a new laptop
recently and we've had to move her files, settings, etc. to the new laptop.
However when she's composing a new email in outlook, outlook closes or makes
an exit when she selects CONTACTS from her personal folder (pst file). I've
created a new personal folder and copied her CONTACTS from the old to the new
but the problem is still around. She can't even select a name from CONTACTS
as outlooks makes an exit or closes as soon as she chooses CONTACTS from the
address lists.
Can anyone help? Would be much appreciated.
