contact info and tasks

Created a new column in Tasks for the business phone number but the phone
number in the contact file will not display. Any suggestions??

That's because the business phone number from the contact is stored in the
contact. The column you created in the Tasks folder is only for the task.
Unfortunately, the only ways to get information from a linked contact into
fields in your task are to enter it manually or to write code to do it.
