Contact names not displaying under "to:"

I am using Outlook 2003 with XP. I have my default set to search Contacts
first for addresses when sending an email. However, not all names found in
the Contacts folder display when I click To: or CC: If I enter the
Contacts folder from the Navigation panel a particular name & file is there,
but it will not display when I am trying to choose it from a new email
message.

You must tell us which ones are missing for us to figure out the problem.
The Outlook Address Book will display every valid electronic address in your
Contacts Folder, not just some of them.

I would guess that the ones you don't see don't have an email address.
Check that.
