I have just read the article on how to insert the Contact Selector ActiveX
control on an infopath form:

I have followed the steps and created a simple form with the fields
specified in the article. I created the XML file and used it as a secondary
data source. I then tried to publish the form to our sharepoint server and it
published successfully. However when I try to view the form in the browser, I
get an error. It seems like the article is missing some steps, and I'm not
sure what those are. I also read elsewhere on MSDN that the Contact Selector
control is used primarily for workflow forms. All I need to do on my forms is
replicate the To: and CC: field of an Outlook form so that users can select
the recipient from Active Directory. I can't seem to find a working sample
anywhere on the web of an actual functioning form. Please, can someone help
me out?
